Stitchbond (dikişle bağlama) işlemi, liflerin iplik yardımıyla mekanik olarak sabitlenmesini sağlar. Tarak hattında oluşturulan ve çapraz serici ile katmanlanan lif tabakası, yüksek hızlı iğneler ve çözgü iplik sistemi ile dikilerek bağlanır. İğneler, ipliği lif webi içerisinden geçirerek zincir veya çözgü örgü formunda bir yapı oluşturur. Böylece lifler yalnızca sürtünme ile değil, aynı zamanda iplik desteği ile güçlendirilmiş olur.

Bu yöntem sayesinde tam sentetik, doğal lifli veya karışım elyaflı nonwoven kumaşlar; yüksek boyuna mukavemet ve kontrollü stabilite ile üretilebilir. Stitchbond yapılar özellikle hafif ve orta gramajlarda güçlü ve ekonomik çözümler sunar.

Stichbond

The stitchbond process mechanically stabilizes fibers through the use of yarn. The fiber web formed in the carding line and layered by the crosslapper is stitched together using high-speed needles and a warp yarn system. The needles pass the yarn through the fiber web, creating a chain or warp-knit structure. As a result, the fibers are reinforced not only by friction but also with yarn support. Through this method, fully synthetic, natural, or blended fiber nonwoven fabrics can be produced with high machine-direction strength and controlled stability. Stitchbond structures provide strong and cost-effective solutions, especially in lightweight and medium-weight applications.
