Spunlace Crosslapper

With our technical textile expertise, we meet the needs of both industrial and commercial sectors.
Spunlace crosslapped nonwoven production begins with the homogeneous blending of polyester, viscose, or specialty fibers according to the specified formulation. These fibers are then evenly fed into the production line and laid down in a controlled manner. Afterwards, the fibers are opened and homogenized in carding machines to form a uniform and consistent fiber web; this stage is referred to as fiber carding. The resulting web is layered through a crosslapper system to improve both cross-directional and machine-direction strength. The layered fiber webs are mechanically entangled using high-pressure water jets, transforming them into a fabric structure. This method creates an ideal structure for products where surface smoothness, softness, and durability are essential.
